Foundr Radio (“we”, “us”) runs an internet radio platform at foundrradio.live. This policy explains what we collect and why. Questions: support@foundrradio.live.
What we collect
- Account data: your name, email address and a hashed password when you create an account. Listening does not require an account.
- Station data: the station name, genre, description and website you choose to publish. This is public.
- Usage data: pages viewed, referrer, approximate location (country and city), device and browser type, and a random session identifier stored in your browser.
- Security and fraud prevention: to protect the service and our users, and to investigate abuse and payment disputes, we keep technical records for as long as needed for those purposes.
- Station statistics: when you listen to a station or open its page, we record the country and city, plus an anonymous one-way identifier derived from your connection and browser. Station owners see only totals from this: unique listeners and visitors, countries and cities, and where visitors came from. They never see who you are.
- Payment data: payments are processed by Dodo Payments. We never see or store your card details; we receive confirmation of the payment, the amount and the email used.
- Audio: broadcast audio is streamed live to listeners through Cloudflare’s real-time network. We do not record or store broadcasts.
How we use it
To run the service (authentication, assigning and operating channels), to send transactional email such as your channel confirmation, to prevent abuse, and to understand and improve how the product is used.
Service providers
We use these providers to operate Foundr Radio; each processes data only to provide its service:
- Cloudflare (hosting and security)
- Turso (database)
- Dodo Payments (payments)
- Resend (transactional email)
- PostHog, Amplitude and Tinybird (product analytics)
Station pages may show a website icon fetched from the station’s own website, or from Google’s favicon service as a fallback.
Cookies and local storage
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, and browser storage for preferences (theme, accessibility mode, favourite stations) and an anonymous session identifier for analytics.
Retention and your rights
We keep account and station data while your account exists. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time by emailing support@foundrradio.live. We do not sell your personal data.

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest revision.
