By using Foundr Radio (foundrradio.live) you agree to these terms.
The service
Foundr Radio is a virtual radio spectrum from 88.0 to 108.0 FM with 201 channels. A frequency is a virtual channel identity on our platform; it is not a licensed over-the-air FM frequency. Listening is free and does not require an account.
Claiming a channel
Paying the channel fee assigns the frequency you chose to your account while your account remains in good standing. Each frequency belongs to one station at a time. Prices are shown at checkout and payments are processed by Dodo Payments.
Broadcasting
- Broadcasts are live only. Podcasts and prerecorded playlists are not permitted.
- Each channel has a daily broadcast allowance (currently 30 minutes per UTC day unless stated otherwise).
- You are responsible for everything you broadcast and for holding any rights needed for the audio you play.
- You may not broadcast unlawful, hateful, infringing or abusive content, or attempt to disrupt the service or other users.
Suspension
We may remove content or suspend or reclaim a channel that violates these terms or harms the service.
Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
